Well I bought it used at GS with plans to return it after I seen what cause of all the complaints were about
Anyways I personally would not play it until MGSV is about to come out. It pretty much feels like a glorified demo that makes you want more next gen MGS
Yes it is a very good initial installment for TPP. There are a multitude of things to do. Invest.
Well MGS V being £12 has now got me sold just bought it keep the deals like this coming MS loving gold on Xbox one so far.

I kinda liked the first Risen so looking forward to Risen 2.
I'll give Risen 2 a chance. I'm not expecting Skyrim quality, but hopefully it's better than the first game. I gave Two Worlds 2 a chance and was quite surprised by how much I liked it.
I'd followed the Gothic series until Forgotten Gods, which was terrible. I tried Arcania which, from the FMV, seemed to try and salvage the crap that Forgotten Gods had created but once I jumped into the game I realised just how bad it was. It was the final nail in the coffin for me.

Risen, as a spiritual succesor, gave me many hours of gameplay, which I enjoy. I fully look forward to Risen 2 as I enjoyed the first one! :)
