Usually, if a press event starts off with a video, it's a compilation of game footage set to obnoxiously loud (and bad) house music. Telltale mixed things up a bit at its San Francisco gathering last night, choosing instead to show off a series of thought-provoking facts and predictions. Even if you aren't interested in adventure games or pointing and clicking in general, you should definitely watch it.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
Interesting video. I could help but notice this statement:
"In 2012 pc digital game software revenues will be 68% of all pc digital game software revenues"
In addition, my dog is 68% of it's age.
Thats one interesting video.
I love these videos.
Back in the early 80's: when I was rocking it out on a 300 baud modem, learning how to phreak, and thinking just how awesome BBS's are; I used to imagine what technology would be like when I was my dad's age. Now I am that age,and I try to imagine what it will be like when my kids are my age, and I really just can't. In 35 years we have gone from PONG, to (insert awesome game from any platform here), from actual car phones to smart phones, and to bringing the world, and all its disparate peoples closer than we have ever been (thank you internet). So where will we be in 2040 (I will probably be in the ground)? I have no idea, but as the song says " I may be going to hell in a bucket, but at least I am enjoying the ride".
