
Developer CD Project RED has been testing The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings on current gen consoles. “It will be possible to do it on current gen consoles. It’s not a co-incidence because we have thought about it. It is a multi-platform engine.”

Alexander Morton, the Scottish actor probably best known for starring in British comedy drama Monarch of the Glen - but known to me for being the hilariously foul-mouthed dwarf Zoltan Chivay in The Witcher 2 and The Witcher 3 - has died aged 81.

Just like what happened to Crysis 2 it won't be properly optimized for the consoles and playing on PC will the ideal platform to plat that series on.
