Gamingbolt recently got a chance to sit down with Nintendo UK’s Head of Communications, Rob Saunders, and we talked about a lot of things. In our interview, he told us that Nintendo have been working on a home console for a long time now, and that it may include 3D technology.

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

Nintendo completed its share repurchase and set its secondary offering price at 8,347 yen ahead of March 16 delivery.

Nintendo filed a lawsuit in the United States Court of International Trade.
Nintendo of America is suing the United States government over the sweeping tariffs President Donald Trump put in place last year, according to a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade and obtained by Aftermath.
LOL I read this on gaff, will they refund the money back to the gamers? highly unlikely. Didn't they just raise prices and pass it onto the gamers? Only Nintendo would send out the Ninjas to the US government.
without requiring any glasses and in HD. Now, I would kill for that. Please Nintendo.
The interesting question to ask is , will the Wii 2 or whatever it is called, will it be for the hardcore gamers?
I'm interested to see where Nintendo go from the Wii.
I can see them pushing 3D with the next console but of course it requires people to have a 3D TV which will halt the full experience unless 3DTV's become standard by the time the next console is released which, personally, I can't see being the case, some people still don't even have a HDTV.
3D is the greatest thing for Nintendo. They don't have to go HD at all! They just use the same tech, but add 3D!
Sad, but I bet this will sell huge
One thing that most gamers love is a point/achievement system.
Nintendo hates that sort of thing, so UNLESS they want the achievement/trophy whores on board, they better think of something.
Mind you, the Wii has sold without the need, so they wont think about those type of people anyway.
