Monster Lab: Pro-G First Look

Despite the RPG elements, Monster Lab is looking decidedly user friendly, and is apparently designed to appeal to the innate human desire to be mischievous and have fun.

The game has already been compared to Pokemon (a more deep battle system). If the battle system can compare to Pokemon, who cares about the rest of it, because it will be far past "potential."

That being said, we'll see if it can compare. all the potential in the world does no good if you drop the ball, but, that being said, I do agree, it looks like it could be good.

Nintendo Life writes: "Despite a few minor shortcomings Monster Lab is a great 3rd party effort for the Wii which has solid controls that make great use of the Remote and will appeal to a broad age range. Kudos to Eidos and Backbone Entertainment for this excellent offering on the Wii, which will hopefully inspire other developers to turn out quality titles".

With all of the Wii titles, the golden standard, surprisingly, has always been Wii Sports.
