I know what you're thinking about this weeks "Do You Remember?". "How can Charlie be writing an article on Half-Life? How can we not remember this game? This segment is supposed to be about games that we seem to have forgotten." Wrong. This segment is about games that we seem to have forgotten AND games that should always be remembered. And Half-Life is certainly one of those games.

Discover 10 timeless video games from the past that remain absolutely playable today. From Chrono Trigger to DOOM, these classics have aged like fine wine!
Hot damn that's a good list. The only one i never played is AOE2 and i never finshed Chrono Trigger but it was damn good.
Speaking of what's old but holds up amazingly well and plays like a dream.. i played Symphony of the Night for the first time in 2019.. yep that's right. It became one of my favourite games of all time that i replay almost every year. I couldn't believe how good it was. That is almost impossible for me with newer games let alone older ones. Truly a special gem.
The only one I’d disagree with is doom. It shows its age badly I think. After 5 minutes of play these days you put it down.

Half-Life 3 may not be too far away from release, as the game suspected to be the third entry in the series has entered the optimization phase.
That one episode of Billy & Mandy where the very fabric of reality was destroyed when Mandy smiled. That's what'll happen when Valve finally counts to 3.
Is this kinda like when it was supposed to be at the 2024 TGAs?

Half-Life 2 art director and Dishonored designer Viktor Antonov has died aged just 52.
One of my biggest art heroes. His work and vision were truly one of a kind, and he’s been a huge inspiration to my own work. Such a heartbreaking loss.
Remember seeing Dishonored for the first time when it released, fell in love with the art style straight away, so striking! And because of it, still holds up and will for years to come, RIP Viktor
So sad to hear this. I absolutely love the Dishonored series and love the world and art style. It looks great and unique. I'm still hoping for a Dishonored 3
Yeah i remember.
When i think about Half-Life, first thing i think of is the 15 minute long ride in that cablecar thingy
I'm playing it right now for the 3rd time.
Actually, I've just closed Opposing Force.
Only a console gamers wouldn't remember HL1.
Loved the first game more then the second tbh.
But the graphics in the second game bring it to life more.
I really wish valve would really up that engine for HL3.(maybe they have:))
On the subject of HL1, they should remake it themselves with new engine and also put it on consoles.
It would sell!!!!!!!!!
How can i forget?
