A few Bungie members have made the trip to Tokyo Game Show to fly the Halo flag and attempt to get Japanese gamers excited about Halo 3.
Speaking to Next-Gen head of production Jonty Barnes said, "I think that we recognise at Bungie, while we have a very intimate understanding of our community in North America and across Europe, I think we have got some work to do for our friends in Japan, to really improve both their understanding of the game. We also would like to know what the Japanese public would really like and have them help build our community."
Ecco the Dolphin is returning, with original creators confirming multiple new games and related projects now in development.
Loved Ecco on Megadrive/Genesis. Diving out of the water was always a fun feeling, and the whole 'vibe' while playing/exploring was pretty chill and special.
Always hoped we'd get a proper 3D sequel with modern-tech water-graphics and physics. (Same wish for Wave Racer btw).
It was pretty chill until you get to the last 2 or 3 levels. My god Welcome to the Machine was brutal.
You can always play an emulated Ecco: Defender of the Future on Flycast, or if you have a real Dreamcast play it there.
This makes me smile. I hope that the game and especially the soundtrack keep the same relaxed vibe.
That is amazing news. Keep it level based or metroidvania but dont go the roguelike route and it should be good.
That brings me back. I know I have a couple copies on Sega consoles but they’re in a box somewhere.

I love halo, but I think we all need a break from the constant barage (sp)? of halo news.
every second news is about Halo!!! ok fine we got it...it's a great game!!!! Wonderfull now go and buy it and play it and let other "real" news come ne here for a change.
Oh the other hand....man Japan will never go for Halo. They are not as crazy about FPS games as we are so I think they should give it a rest!

Have you considered because there are too many xbots running around this site like yourself? Also guys like POG, theMART, Bladestar, you etc still have 5 stars shows that there are too many xbots putting negative feedback on everyone and positive on other xbots.
If Halo sells in Japan it will be very few. Japanese love innovation Crysis in Japan will do way better then Halo.
Also right now there are more players playing Counter Strike online when Halo can ever have.

Halo gets 10 score. With that critria games like Half Life 2 should get like 18+ score out of ten.
Also if you read all reviews they contradic themselves by criticising game in nearlyu every aspect and then giving it 10. Probably yuou just saw score and started flaming people who actually read the review. Now you will say "Halo is about MP!!!" Well I tried Halo 3 beta at my friend and its crap. Enjoy your not even last gen because last gen I was playing online 64 players with NO LAG. Now you gonna say "But its on PC" Well Resistance has 40 players online without lag and Warhawk has 32 with rumor its going to be 64

I've seen enough videos to know this is another passable FPS, but due to its graphics people care. Again with CS? It is an older computer game that is well established. No doubt it has more people playing. Doesn't make it better than Halo, now does it?
[Edit] Oh and Crims0n, how is crysis innovative at all? Halo 1 brought LAN to console gaming. Halo 2 is the definitive online console experience with a party system yet to be matched (Until tomorrow) and Halo 3 is pushing it further with the connectivity to Bungie.net that's second to none. All Crysis has is pretty.

Funny you say can you explain how Halo is good online it is just run and gun yet you list UT as a best FPS. Halo isn't as run and gun as UT, you still need to use tactics and think.
