Haven't heard of Hyperdimension Neptunia? It's a JRPG about the console wars, for crying out loud! This game has practically everything - but mainly, it has tons of adorable anime women (with delightfully pervy overtones!) and it's jam-packed with videogame references throughout every fiber of its programming.

The only little girl i seen in here was Lowee, and they have her properly attired, except for her murderous attitude off course. For me its all about the story and turn based gameplay. Also putting in your own pics for summons looks as if it could be cool.
