Capcom's decision to bring Devil May Cry 4 to the iPhone wasn't much of a surprise, considering the bang up job the publisher did with the portable version of Super Street Fighter 4. Unfortunately, history didn't repeat itself. DMC 4 refrain includes many of the console version's features, but it's such a snooze fest that we had little interest in playing.
