Mario has just gotten too old and is one of the overrated franchises that need to end. I mean people think Halo needs to end. Thats only had 10 years. Marios had longer and yet people dont want him to end?

@Kran maybe it because nintendo puts out qualilty AAA work still. galaxy series ringing any bells. It could be that the do milk the fanchise to death like activision. look at how many years between all the games.

SMG1-sunshine (5yrs), SMG1 - SMG2 (3yrs), Mario karts from game cube to wii (5yrs) do your see the patern. you may see marios face every year but he's all up to something different.
