360 console availability getting better

Fudzilla: Retail sources tell us that Xbox 360 console availability seems to be returning to normal levels once again. Most Xbox 360 model configurations are once again flowing into retailers at a regular rate, which is a far cry from where they were at the end of the holiday season.

Because nobody is buying them LMAO. I saw stacks of them at Best Buy. STACKS

DERKADER5560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

Right across from the stack of PS3's and Wii's, right?

Headquarters115560d ago

Yes but they were noticeably smaller. Nice try, try hard troll.

DERKADER5560d ago

It's obvious whose the one trolling here.

jarrod19815560d ago

@headquarters

its people like you who make ps3 fans look like total d-bags.

ChristianGamer5560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

They did say until february didn't they? So nobody should be suprised

Thats right, they had their best year ever because nobody is buying them. Did you even think before posting that?

ABizzel15560d ago

LMAO. Oh my goodness none of the consoles have had a blowout. Production people are not buying more then they're producing. For starters they producer more consoles each year then people actually purchase or there would be year round shortage issues.

If anything for those couple of months consumers were buying more 360's then they were able to make, but there were still PLENTY at retailers already, so the point was mute. The only way this could even be remotely true is if everyone was after a specific model or bundle. PS3, Wii, 360, PSP, and DS are not having any shortages anymore.

The article says retail sources yet they only list one anonymous source, while the others whispered. LOL

Headquarters115560d ago

HAHAHA I love you guys. Thanks for the laugh.

ITA_Mafia_Boy5560d ago

.. stacks of video game consoles ? Shouldn't you guys be at home playing games ?
Just sayn'...
Peace

When were they scarce? My Best Buy and Fry's always have a ton in stock.

Horny5560d ago

what are these guys talking, none of the consoles were low on stock at any of the retailers I went to since black friday - now.
might have happened in their city,Im from the Tampa Bay FL area.

BlackBusterCritic5560d ago (Edited 5560d ago )

This is good news.
WTF!? That shit isn't what I posted!! A moderator edited my post! LMFAO!! N4G mods sure are sensitive! This was my initial post:
No one is buying one. PS3 is bringing the heat with new IPs and phenomenal games that can't be played anywhere else. Essentially giving people a reason to purchase the PS3. Xbox360 doesn't have this. The Kinect buzz is dead, and there is nothing exciting or new for the Xbox360. Gears 3 isn't going to move any console sales; anyone that wants it has already played Gears 1 and/or 2, and would already have a Xbox360.
@Derkader, Errr, no that won't work with the Xbox360. Its NOT bringing new IPs or phenomenal games. Move buzz will never die as long as its compatible with games such as Socom, Killzone, Mag, LBP, and etc; not only that, but there are some Move specific games that have yet to be released. Clearly, there are tons of great games headed for PS3, while xbox360...nope. You really can't compare Uncharted to franchises on Xbox360. Uncharted 2 is heavily improved over the first, and things will only get better with Uncharted 3. Same thing can't be said about Halo, Gears, or any Xbox360 franchise.

So no, it doesn't work by swapping out PS3 with Xbox360. ^_^

Lol you Ninja-edited your troll comment.

See what I did there. I swapped out the word PS3 with XBOX and it still works. THis is a matter of personal opinion.

BK-2015560d ago

You just failed kinda hard. It is a fact that the 360 has not announced many new exclusives except for some casual Kinect games. So you can't really swap things. Exclusives are not opinions, they either exist or don't.

In case anybody is wondering why blackbuster is getting disagrees, this was his post before editing:

Press X to (seriously) doubt.

Underrated comment. I used to hate that game so much that any time my siblings asked me to play it, I just picked Hom and shut myself down mid-match.

And then MK1 killed it again.

15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
