I, LittleViking from RTW, admit it… until fairly recently I wasn’t all that into PC gaming. It wasn’t that I inherently disliked PC games, it’s just that I hadn’t been exposed to very many. Being at boarding school meant that I had no access to a proper computer. My laptop’s sole purpose was to facilitate essay writing. Even when I was on break I couldn’t play any proper games since the desktop my brother and I shared was weaksauce…

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
I can never switch from Console to PC..
why? PC gaming can be an amazing experience.. but........
1. I don't have the $$$ to keep updating my computer specs
2. I'm used to controllers.. keyboard and mouse isn't my thing.
3. Playstation exclusive games. You can't play them on PC.
4. I don't play games that much so consoles is good for me.
5. the gaming media is surrounded by consoles.
Like i said.. PC gaming is a BEAST! but.. it's not for everyone like me.
i mainly game on pc, my ps3 hasnt been switched on for 12-15 days.
The year was 2000, and after playing CS on my friends computer for several months, I had decided to have a friend build me a gaming PC. The rich gaming experience you get from playing certain PC games made console games seemed "arcadish" or not as sophisticated. My only regret was that fact that I missed out on a wealth of great console games from the PS2/XBox gen.
Quake Live!
You could call me a PC gamer, although the games I play are limited to older titles, I love the ability to mod games and I like how open the PC platform is.
Having said that, I'll always be a console gamer at heart. I love how unified console gaming is, not having to worry if a certain game will work or not and being able to play with a friend in co-op mode.
There are pros and cons for whatever platform you game on, but like DERKADER said, you can't lose if you play on all the platforms.
