EA is still involved in similar class action lawsuits and this could, if not set precedent, definitely provide legitimacy to the other claims. I think what EASPORTS should do is not even worry about Madden 12 ..... they should take a year off and focus on Madden 13 because when 2Ksports get back into making licensed Football games Madden would need to take a step back and think of ways to be able to compete with the NFL 2K franchise ..... competition is always good , I have always been a NFL 2K fan over Madden !!!!
