PlayDevil has posted a in depth review of THQ's latest Marvel action game, "Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet".
Here's a snip:
"The game plays like a pared down version of Marvel Ultimate Alliance, with two characters instead of four on screen at once. Most of the game is played from an isometric perspective, with characters unleashing melee and ranged assaults on waves of enemy creatures. Each of the 13 available character’s hand-to-hand strikes are practically identical, but the developers have done a good job varying their ranged equivalents."

“Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet” is a third–person action game based on the hit Cartoon Network series. Geared towards younger gamers, your favorite heroes have child-like appearances with a more innocent dialog and watered down violence.
The story begins with Hulk and Iron Man picking up Thor’s birthday gift. They discover that Thanos is after the six Infinity Stones. You must find all the stones before Thanos can retrieve them becoming the most powerful being in the universe. Assemble your squad and take out the trash.
