
One of the big announcements to come out of Nintendo's 3DS event in Amsterdam was Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 3D, a new version of the popular football simulation. By using 3D, developer Konami promises that it will be easier to play, thanks to the tactical advantage of the added depth.

Konami has the foundation in place to make future editions of Pro Evolution Soccer succeed on the 3DS. The exclusion of a few modes is a glaring issue, but one that can be excused considering this is a launch title. Thankfully, the action on the pitch is still up to par and there is enough content to keep soccer fans happy in the meantime.
