Gamepro: Sony Online Entertainment's massively multiplayer take on one of comic books' richest and most iconic backdrops has finally gone live, and it's targeting some vastly different audiences with its dual PC and PS3 releases. We've enlisted games journalist Tom Chick and GamePro's own AJ Glasser to chronicle their impressions of DC Universe Online's first few weeks in a series of in-depth field reports.

WTMG's Thomas Medina: "As far as I’m concerned, console MMOs have always been in a weird place. PC is where the main game is most popular. MMOs were born there, work best there, and have the vast majority of titles. Mobile is then next in line, with touchscreens and portability that adds something new while functioning well. Console gaming, on the other hand, is not portable (for the most part). Plus, it uses a controller, which is not the best instrument when your control scheme requires a thousand buttons and a cursor. That being said, there is an audience, and where there’s money to be made, publishers find a way. So here we are with some of the biggest console MMO games and how I feel they handled 2021. "

The problem for me would probably be me spending weeks deciding what i should look like and what powers i should have.
very fair article. shows to different points of view on the game. for me this is my first time ever playing a mmo so every 5 mins i turn to my son(a die hard WOW player) and say what does this do or what does this mean
actually been fun learning all the in n outs of a mmorpg.
