This story again? Haven't we had this article like 400 times already?

PS Move is the same as the Wiimote... and the Wii has more and better games then Move. As for Kinect, good or bad, it's something different.

I have all 3 and the only one I really like is th Wii but I think it's because you have no other real option but to use the wiimote,

With move I miss the ease of a duelshock and found the games that are around at the min a little dull, but it's easy to use due to having the same principles as the Wii just a little more advanced

With kinect I've only got dance central and the free arcade game that comes in the box, both are slow to start and awkward to navigate, but with a controller for the menus it feels a little faster but only while you can use then, I also find the space it uses to big way to much for stardard size room mines 12ft x 11ft,

All in all I expect the move and kinect to get better and when the Wii 2 comes I'm sure it will push them a little harder

I can't really comment on Kinect because I only tried the demo at Best Buy briefly but the software I've seen for it as far as games go isn't making me want to go out and grab one.

I'm not a big fan of the Wii. The idea was good but the implementation could have been better and thats what Sony did, utilize the tech better. I can hit home runs on Wii sports by flicking my wrist, good luck doing stuff like that with the MOVE, it doesn't happen. Granted, you weren't meant to cheat the Wii by just flicking your wrist but you can do it. I'm not saying all Wii games are crap its just not what it could have been.

MOVE on the other hand is utilizing the tech for both casual and hardcore games, reaching out to everyone. I can relax with casual games on Sports Champions or play an FPS with MOVE. I just bought The Fight: Lights Out and it amazes me the game got the terrible reviews it did. Its not 'amazing' and there are some hiccups here and there with the accuracy but I'm very impressed with it overall and am enjoying it, even tho I'm sweating my butt off in the process.

The bottom line is we've got 3 companies fighting for our money and we can enjoy the benefits of their competition, especially if you can afford all three because then you can just pick the best of each. If you can't afford all three then appreciate the gems you get for your pick and understand that there are gems on the other ones to.

The Wii had the Nintendo brand name, Kinect a $500m ad campaign with it and Move having the PR rep that they're better than the Wii. Kinect has obviously beaten Move which is the better versatile motion device, but both show the sad weakness of this whole console gen of being rushed to market with more emphasis on hype than ability. Wont have any real games for months.

Meanwhile people are saying the Wii has finally run out of steam as the gimmick it was.

wii for me i dont wana spend 50 dollers on a move cus i already freaken spent 60 on controlers that dont even last a year so yeah... i wonder how long move motes last... lets be real here sony controlers love to move on its own lol and break shortly after :o i sence move moving on its own but will any1 admit it nope lol then again no ones playing with it XD

The Move is awesome. Try Tumble, the accuracy is amazing. It just needs more games.

Personally for me - I would go with Kinect, then Move and forget the Wii its dead.

Imo the Wii is still the best on the market because it has alot more games than move and kinect but I think as time goes on I think kinect will become the better of the 3 devices as games are being built from the ground up for the device the same as the Wii has had. But I only see kinect becoming the device to have for code and none core if companys design the software right to work with the joypad and kinect. I like moves hardware it is very good the way it works but because Sony have not really set any ground rules with the device I see this being its biggest problem. Most games for move can use the ds3 and are designed for the ds3 with move support added onto it so you don't see move at its best. Also with the different ways you can use move dose not help some games need 2 move devices some need one move device and some need a move and analogue stick. Plus some games need you to move the eye toy below the tv and look at the floor others need it above the tv and I just think this will put alot of people off the device when picking there console.
But at the end of the day every one is different and likes different things so its all about yourself get what's best for you not because everyone on this site says you should get one.

Party in motion is hands down the worst kinect game. Many reviews claim the game is just broken. You'll find the wii party in motion is also very poor.

I'm not sure why you used wii sports as one benchmark, and party in motion for another.

It's pretty much botched from the get-go.

Move/PS Eye combination>>Wiimote> Kinect

Lots of MS bloggers here talking about "unique" and "potential" and "fresh". Don't seem to get that non-lag and accuracy has more potential.

My favorite generation. So many incredible games at the perfect time in my life.

Some of the updates might be due to stability reasons. However, some might be for Blu-ray compatibility. Some people still use this for their physical media player.

Updating it to make it harder to log into every time

ps3 was and is still my favourite console ever.

sure the download was .. horrendously slow and installing things took forever, but damn.

listening to music, watching videos and looking at pics was so easy back then.

That generation is leaps and bound better than current generation in terms of games. We had so many new IPs.
