IGN Staff: "Our deepest, darkest tales of horror!"
Amazing news! Digital Foundry has parted ways with IGN and bought their shareholding in the business. What this means is that from now on, all aspects of DF are decided upon by DF.
Would love to see more DF Retros from John now that they can come up with their own ideas.
I love DF-crew, they are experts at what they do and I'm so happy for this!
I believe in these guys more than anyone else!
I overall don't like podcasts either but these guys make it fun for me at least! :D
Admin note: We are allowing this submission as it provides a 4k trailer on YouTube and we have to link to an IGN article. Thank you Purple101 for the submission.
Sony has announced the PS5 Pro, an upgraded version of the PlayStation 5 capable of higher frame rates, better ray-tracing, and improved graphical fidelity."
I recall in the past, my friend attempted to demonstrate the superiority and importance of using an S-video cable for PS1 games compared to the original RCA cables. He would pause the game and switch the video output settings so I could notice the differences.
or it reminds me of the 1080P vs 900P debate.
Honestly even at 4K I can barely see the difference aside frame rate.

Chinese video game company NetEase has reportedly laid off most staff at Visions of Mana developer Ouka Studios with plans to shut it down altogether.
Damn. Picked it up yesterday, really enjoying it. Didn't even realise Netease were involved with it until I first booted it up and their logo popped up.
How awful. What should have been a moment of celebration for the dev team, turned into an terrible day for them.
"The game that you spent years of your life on is finally out for people to enjoy! ALSO YOU'RE ALL FIRED!"
F you NetEase. I'll only remember your company name so that I can avoid it in the future. Hopefully S-E hires the these talented people and gives them more games to work on.
Lame. I just bought the game but have it held at the post office since I’m out of town.
Why not let the game have a chance in the wild before shutting them down.
Wow... Okay... I'm going to go out of my way in trying to avoid purchasing any NetEase game from this point on. It's one thing to shut them down if the game failed on sales. But this hasn't even had a chance to sell yet.
There are alot of worse things you could be addicted to than gaming.
Aren't we all.
.
But fortunately not "dangerously addicting"...
