Except ARK is an early access, which either means it's either alpha or beta. Don't get me wrong! I'm looking forward to the game, it's on my wish list, but I will not pay money for something that is not fully complete.
Long gone are the days of "Free Beta."

ARK is only out a wet week with less than a year developement released as EA so YEH it's in alpha.
Has had more content on release than nearly any other early access title and more patches in a week than most titles in a month to even six months.

Awesome i like your statement above,you're a perfect candidate to stay away and be kept away from EA game development because with above statement,i wish more people would be like you , who go an buy EA games and start whining and ranting bcos they don't grasp its concept would just follow you.

I'm planning on buying the first one.. but I'm waiting for it to get even cheaper first 'cause I know that it doesn't sell so well so it will get so much cheaper further on down the year. :)
I'll probably buy the first one off Steam. I heard the game was fixed at this point.
