For the last five years, LucasArts and Traveller's Tales have been cranking out Lego Star Wars games, covering the full breadth of the beloved series. In February 2011, they intend to keep it coming with Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. The story will predictably cover the Clone Wars, with content from both the movie and the animated series. The developers at Traveller's Tales are sticking with what they know works with the release of The Clone Wars. There will be a lot of familiar gameplay that veterans of the franchise will spot, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. After all, we all know the saying: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars celebrates its 14th anniversary—relive the laughs, battles, and blocky brilliance of this galaxy-spanning adventure.

If you haven’t played these retro(ish) Star Wars games, today is the perfect day to give them a try.
I am not a big Star Wars guy but I enjoyed Shadows of the Empire on the N64 I found it at a pawnshop one day for $20. I bought it and I still enjoy it from time to time I only own three Star Wars games in my collection Shadows of the Empire and both Force Unleashed games. I remember my grandmother would rent a game console during Xmas she grabbed the N64 and Shadows of the Empire I sat in front of the tv all the time with that game.
