GamesRadar: NOVA 2 Review

NOVA 2 commands a premium price point on the App Store at $6.99, but it's a thoroughly worthwhile investment. Gameloft's sci-fi shooter may be derivative in parts, but between the solid campaign and robust, entertaining online modes, it's a portable shooter that truly justifies the entry fee and easily reclaims the iPhone shooter throne for the time being.

That's some serious price slashing right there.

$1 is about the max I'll pay for an iPhone game. I'm a slave to the system.

I dunno, some are worth it. Not the clone games, though, IMO. Gameloft has many of those.

Some are incredibly long...especially the RPG's. I'm on an Xperia Play, so I just run emulators and play Minecraft, but before I switched to Android, I had an iPhone 3GS. Some of the games were fantastic!

not all games, some are still full price.

All games will be discounted on the Android Marketplace, while 17 are already discounted on the iOS app store.

I'm loving Infinity blade, but I think they should have included Battleheart also.

Battleheart is a cool! Maybe it was #11 lol. There are so many amazing mobile games being released. I need to get a few more jobs to keep up. :(

Ripten Review: N.O.V.A. 2 brings the HALO experience to the iPhone

RipTen: NOVA 2 is Halo, pure and simple. There is very little effort to disguise this fact, from the trailer of an armor clad hero leaping from orbit and landing on the world below, to the AI female giving you directions, to the myriad of aliens who look and fight a whole lot like the Covenant.
