Damn, that was fast. Only half a year since the first Full Auto landed on 360 and we're already getting hit with a PS3 sequel. Well, mostly. We've been speculating that the game was originally planned to be a feature-packed port of the 360 game that got a "2" slapped on it along the way. Speculating, just to be absolutely clear on that. Only six out of Full Auto 2's 27 vehicles are completely new, as are 13 of the game's 27 tracks. The game is also getting at least three new multiplayer modes as well as a new multi-path single-player campaign. Admittedly, it would be an awful lot of fresh content for a port. On the flipside, that's still an awful lot of old material for a sequel.

As amazing as it may seem given Sony Computer Entertainment's track record with the PlayStation franchise, the PlayStation 3 has undoubtedly been the outside bet for the current-generation since it's launch back in March 2007. Arriving late in Europe, with successful Japanese and North American launches already under its belt, an incredibly high price-tag and it's underdog status has seen the PlayStation 3 achieving slow but consistent growth across the continent in the ensuing three years.
Hey GR8 1 doesn't it speak volums when the PS3 is turning 3 and the 360 is gonna be 5 that the Playstation is only a few million in sales behind xbox... Given the same amount of time out on shelves the Playstation 3 will be far a head of the 360, and currently the only people buying 360's are those who are rebuying it, yes it still counts for sales, but the number of people actually using it isn't growing, but PS3's is, you fail every time you comment to the point that people can't even take any bubbles away from you any more... Take a break from commenting, learn a thing or two, Log on with a new name and try again.
I got my PS3 just after launch and had some great times playing some amazing games. Been one of the best things I have ever bought.
So much has happened in 3 years, can't wait to see what happens in the next 3 years.
Every console has ups and downs during it's lifespan, and the PS3 is no different. But as avengers1978 is saying in the Open Zone (---->), the PS3 launch around eighteen months after the 360 in Europe, and is only just lagging behind. I've got every console in this and most generations, and while I personally prefer the 360 this time around, there's no denying the PS3 is doing some great things... (despite the legal issues!)
And let's not forget - three years into the original Xbox's life and the Xbox 360 was already on shop shelves!
Today Sony announced a demo for its automotive combat game Full Auto 2: Battlelines is now available from the U.S. PlayStation Website. The game was released in March and is the portable version of the PlayStation 3 title. Battlelines drops high-speed vehicles outfitted with weapons and armor into destructible urban environments. Players can destroy the streets to dynamically change track conditions and block competitors, open new paths, or crush opponents with falling debris.
The PSP version features exclusive content such as a new 56 event single-player story mode, 15 selectable cars designed for the handheld port, and numerous multiplayer and arena modes for ad-hoc connections.
whats your problem ? i think you only want to bash the ps3 version. wait till this game is out, than you can say what you want. if you look the game play vids i think the game looks good.
Sony promised every game to run in 1080p.
Sony said it isnt "next-gen" unless its 1080p.

sony should man up and apologize for lying and saying next gen don't start till we get 1080p games. I guess it won't start for 4 more years when the xbox 720 comes out. hahahahahahahah but sony fans have the memory of a mentally challenged rat. hahahahahahahha my friend devs on a game for the ps3 and he said that the 1080p game won't happen. he said you might see 1080p cg cut scenes but then the gameplay happens it drops to 720p or 1080i. hahahahahahah but the cool thing is Microsoft announced 1080p capable componant cords to be released for the 360. so 360 owners can get 1080p cut scenes and movies too. hahahahahahah 200 dollars and not one advantage but a bunch of disadvantages. hahahahahha how saddd and pathetic.
this is off topic, but i came to realize that without all of the crazy debates(even the stupid comments), this site tend to get a little boring.

Ouch 360 fans must really be in shock. This game is most likely going to get a much better review for the PS3 version considering all the new material and multiplayer modes. Must be all that “EXTRA” space that Blu’ray offers….hahahahha…LOSERS, keep on talking all that shiet because Sony is going to make you keep eating it seconds later…hahahhaha
