Following the announcement of an official release date and pricing system for the forthcoming DC Universe Online, Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has made a promise that many fans of both DC and Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPG) will be hoping they stick to – and most likely respond very angrily if they don’t.

If you do not read this whole update, here's what you need to know:
* Episode 46 is Justice League Dark Cursed
* PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X launch this holiday season

WTMG's Thomas Medina: "As far as I’m concerned, console MMOs have always been in a weird place. PC is where the main game is most popular. MMOs were born there, work best there, and have the vast majority of titles. Mobile is then next in line, with touchscreens and portability that adds something new while functioning well. Console gaming, on the other hand, is not portable (for the most part). Plus, it uses a controller, which is not the best instrument when your control scheme requires a thousand buttons and a cursor. That being said, there is an audience, and where there’s money to be made, publishers find a way. So here we are with some of the biggest console MMO games and how I feel they handled 2021. "

From Xfire: "A lot of video games are designed to make players feel like a superhero. However, very few actually feature superheroes or have players take on the role of a superhero. What makes this even worse is that there are even fewer superhero video games that can be considered good."
lol at the title of the article,..
OF COURSE there will be monthly updates,.. we will be paying a monthly fee,..they will probably even expand there staff to ensure customer happiness,.. or drop-off would be imminent,..
DOS has a hit on its hands. It is good to hear they plan to stay committed to the game world they've created. Those are some VERY frequent updates.
We will see. This game does need PVE content. Without the PVP I would be bored to death. PVP combat is where this game shines. All you carebears on the PVE sever come over to the PVP, you'll learn a thing or two.
they need to add a second bar
or at least in battle activation of the attack-defense stance changes,..because some PC guys are crying like mofos ,..
I think it is perfectly designed the way it is,..with 8 slots in mind,.. so you have to choose what you take into the battle,..
also they improved gui in the latest build for us PS3 folk,.. but it is slower now,..and overall game is a bit more laggy,.at least almost eliminated crashes (in gotham) they have a lot of work ahead of them,..
Just look at MAG and how many fixes and updates they have provided for that game! And MAG is not a MMO. I think Sony will stick to their plans with monthly episodes.
The key will be updates that benefit all character levels. It is great to create content for the gamers who grind (high level characters), but for casual players, content is key for them as well.
