Double Fine's latest tells the story of Charlie Blackmore--the smallest doll in a matching set of matryoshka chimneysweeps. When the eldest Blackmore ventures far away from home on the promise of employment, the bankrupt babushkas find themselves without a source of steady income. This prompts the money-grubbing Baron to steal the youngest Blackmores away with promises of apprenticeships - save for Charlie, of course, who's dismissed as too small to do any good. It's soon revealed that the Baron's "apprenticeships" all but entail slave labor, and it's up to Charlie to free his shanghaied siblings.

Stacking was released in 2011 by Double Fine and remains one of their oddest and most intriguing titles. It's a puzzle game masking a serious message, but is it worth picking up today? Jump Dash Roll plays with some dolls before giving its opinion in this week's Brutal Backlog review.

Carlos writes "March may not have provided equal delights when compared to that of February’s backward compatible arrivals, especially with great games such as GTA IV, Borderlands 2 and Hitman: Absolution arriving amongst the masses on Xbox One last month, but that doesn’t mean we’re any less content when new additions come to the program.
Today sees a fresh batch of titles join the fray, but with so many to choose from now, are they worth going back to or should they be left on the shelf forever more?"
Yawn. I don't get it. Xbox doesn't seem to want to open the purse strings to bring in new IPs and with the selection of bc games, you can't tell me developers wouldn't want to get more.money on old IPs. I'm sorry to say, but Xbox feels like they care less and less for the gamer's...
