Anxiously awaiting this title's release and glad to see more information trickling out regarding it.

Agreed, the gameplay, mechanics and artstyle appear top-notch!

SDK and mod support?

F*ck yeah

kdogdaddy5642d ago

That portion caught my eye and I was absolutely ecstatic!

Couldn't agree with you more, man.

As to COD, getting back into the gameplay of Black Ops but have to say that for PC im close to burnt out on the COD Franchise. Unfortunately...

Losi5642d ago

My exact feeling! For once a multi platform game that has some decidedly measured amount of support for the PC platform.

I think BlackOps is supposed to get some mod-tools too.

... but hot diggity damn, its a pre-order if it comes with SDK.

Just keeps looking better and better for this game. Its like Mirrors Edge combined with Battlefield games. Really cant wait to see more of this game and play it

My mind switched off when I got to "Timelimit" ......

Is this all Multiplayer or is there some single player stuff aswell ?

Everything can be played through single player. If I had to make a rough comparison, I would say it's like Borderlands drop in/out multiplayer with factions (similar to MAG), so you will be playing against other humans. In a level there are several objectives going on all at once. The winner moves on through the story.

I'm surprised there isn't more hype around this game. That's probably a good thing though. I don't know names at the moment, but I'm pretty sure some of the lead designers behind KZ2 multiplayer are working on Brink.

The singleplayer and multiplayer all mold together. You start the singleplayer narrative and friend A sees your playing. He jumps in, decides to play through the storybased levels with you. Friend B jumps in and also decides to play, but instead, as an enemy. This process continues until the entire match is filled up.

It would appear that along with this they will also be implemented more traditional multiplayer gametypes, as well as the new Stopwatch gametype.
