PSX Extreme: "We did not like Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising. The game looked terrible and was just far too broken in regards to gameplay, which is why we weren’t all that excited to hear details on the next iteration from Codemasters, Red River. However, after seeing some footage and checking out the relevant info, one surprise became abundantly clear: rather than taking another stab at ultra-realism and hardcore authenticity, the developers are instead opting to cater to a more diverse demographic. This might not go over well with the avid followers who defend the series because the experiences are just so darn challenging, but considering the last effort, it’s probably a good move."

Green Man Gaming are yet again offering more than just a sale with a breadth of bundles to take your breath away! They released two games bundles featuring Codemasters and Digital Tribes. Also discounted are Thief, Thief : Master Thief Edition, Bioshock Infinite and Murdered Soul Suspect at 75% off.
Some mediocre - crap games there. Couldn't even include any Codemasters racing games? It's the only thing they're good at.
Even though it's still technically a good deal, the whole $5 or £4 thing annoys me. Humble bundle doesn't do this. No thanks.

You can pay what you want for Overlord, its Raising Hell DLC, Operation Flashpoint: Red River, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, and Rise of the Argonauts. Paying $6 or more gets you Overlord II, DiRT Showdown, and DiRT 3.

Mobile & Apps: "One of the most underrated shooters of the previous generation was Operating Flashpoint: Red River for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. With all its problems, I believe this is a game that is worth playing, however, it is not too hard to see why the game didn't quite kick off, as it should have."
Loved this game, it was dumbed down from Dragon Rising but still an enjoyable game. Was still offputting to people looking for instant/non stop action
Ha! Some colleagues and I are actually planning on hitting this one up tonight. Great game.
I think as long as they still cater to the OF followers, as well as open it up to a bit more diverse FPS crowd, they should be fine. Well, actually wait, this game offers no online MP. Hmmmm...I don't see this game doing well at all. I would prefer if they had a MP mode. A FPS game without MP mode is guaranteed to not sell that well. I really don't see myself paying $60 for this game unless it has some godly epic SP mode that lasts like 25 hours or something
