
The realm of vehicular combat is a well established genre, boasting titles like Twisted Metal and Carmageddon. Unfortunately the lack of the genre’s mainstays in this generation left a void for genre fans. Sidhe Interactive and Activision envisioned a new take on this genre, a world where the player must not only participate in vehicular combat, but also rid the world of the undead. Imagine, if you will, that George Romero inserted the basics of the movie Death Race into the Dead universe. This game exceeds at a conceptual level, beyond what one would expect from a title that has not seen many ads or hype.
