I think its pretty obviously ME3, look at his outfit, with all the metal parts on it, and the cell structure, obviously a sci fi outfit.

I just started playing mass effect one and that game is the sh!t, I just bought part 2 also i hope it's better than one. Bioware is a good company. i also loved jade empire. That is ME3. that guy looks like Shepard.

on another website they reckon its a reboot of shattered steel, based on a twitter 4rm bioware

I think Bioware's primary concern is the port of Mass Effect 2 over to the PS3 so Mass Effect 3 can be release simultaneously released in three platform without any problems, which raises the question of a year exclusivity with Microsoft. Bioware has a mutual relationship with MS so maybe it could happen but can't be sure.

I kinda hope it's not. It seems too early. Also, they've just been ping-ponging between Dragon Age and Mass Effect lately. Let it be something else.

I hope we don't see Mass Effect 3 until 2012. I want them to take their time, and if possible, make the game better than Mass Effect 2.

i hope its me3, simply because i'd rather they do a new IP after me3 so their talent doesn't get spread too thin (though i don't want them to rush it), but the iron and vostok reference don't necessarily mean mass effect. it could be some type of cold-war-in-the-future scenario and iron could refer to the iron curtain and vostok could be a crucial location in the game. who knows? the only real hints toward a new mass effect title are the gun and the mesh pattern on the guy's armor. whatever it is, i hope they provide more choices, instead of just a couple polarized ones. i started planescape torment recently, and man, THAT is choice. sometimes there'll be a couple dozen dialog options at once. i miss those days.

If it's Mass Effect related, it's probably DLC. Still a bit too early for a ME3 announcement.

ME3 is already long in the works - we all KNOW that. The question is whether the new tease from Bioware is THAT game or another.
