Both Sony and Microsoft's contributions to motion control are well and truly a part of the gaming universe.
Now, we're starting to get numbers through illustrating early impacts of both devices meaning we can start scrutinising with actual figures.
Sony's said that it's been pleased with the numbers Move has been doing since launch.

A group of surgeons made headlines after they managed to perform an endoscopic procedure on a pig located in Hong Kong by using PlayStation controllers. It involved the use of a PS5 DualSense controller as well as a PlayStation Move controller.
That's really cool. It's crazy something like that is possible with gaming controllers 1000's of miles away.

Air Conflicts: Secret Wars debuted in 2011, and later updated for modern consoles. However, it's the PlayStation 3 edition that stands out.

Joy Ride Turbo launched 10 years ago today. The first title was Xbox Kinect exclusive, yet this sequel failed to support the device at all.
I thought MS were competing with Wii - that's been the thrust of their comments (and the casual and shallow nature of the Kintec games).
So let's see the discussion about that huh?
r.
In terms of sales Kinect is already selling faster than Move.
In terms of games Kinect has higher rated games made exclusively for it.
In terms of the future Kinect has far far more hardcore games being built from the ground up for it than Move and has a lot more 3rd parties backing it with exclusive games.
Also with the huge marketing push Kinect will expand the 360's audience far more than Move will the PS3's.
So Kinect will win.
@rrw
If you're excited about Wii ports good for you, cause thats the best support I see Move getting from 3rd parties.
In terms of Kinect games for the future, the best games will have whole new was to play games, as for genres such as shooters these will likely have Kinect support to make them more immersive rather than being 100% Kinect. Also note I'm saying "Kinect support" as in it will have other features than CAN'T be done with a normal controller. So it's not like the optional Move support where you can play the game exactly the same way with Move as you would a standard controller.
What will they win?
I can't wait till gamers win when these teenage drama queen bloggers grow up.
Move xd
kinect fail to brake into the w11 market and ms lost the 500 mill in adds
