
The new Xbox 360 Dashboard update certainly has its good points (much faster caching of friends lists and game library) and its bad points (the primary school, dumbed down aesthetics), but the main point of contention I, and many others share, is; has Microsoft just killed off its Indie Games?

If it wasn't for WP7 I wouldn't have been surprised to see MS dump the XBLIGs altogether, but they don't want to burn the XNA bridge while trying to catch up on Apps.
There's no room for Indie games when you live in a Kinect world. Indie games don't service the Kinect and as Major Nelson said at the Time Square launch. MONEY IS THE FUTURE OF GAMING! I mean, Kinect is the future of gaming!
95% of those indie games are a waste of time and not worth the download. Plus, like Xbox Originals, no achievements is a major turn off for a lot of Xbox 360 gamers.
