Eurogamer writes:
Quaint murder mystery game Blue Toad Murder Files: The Mysteries of Little Riddle will be available to download for PC on 24th November, Eurogamer can exclusively reveal.

Independent studio Relentless Software has removed the mandatory price tag from Murder Files as they kick off a 'pay what you want' campaign, with 20% of proceeds going to charity GamesAid.
CEO Andrew Eades admits it's "an experiment as much as anything" and didn't want price to block PC gamers from discovering Murder Files. This could happen more in the future.

Relentless Software co-founder Andrew Eades has revealed some very tasty sales figures for Blue Toad Murder Files.
The charming and child-friendly digital-only title has now reached over 500k sales for its episodes, with the number jumping to 827k when free episodes are included.

"Between 13th and 27th April in Europe and 19th April and 3rd May in North American, Episode 1 of the successful franchise can be downloaded free by all PlayStation Network users."
April 19th was the first day this game was offered for free. The time frame of this was interupted with the network being taken down on April 20th. When the PSN store comes back, it would be a logically prediction to say the Blue Toad Murder Files First Episode would still be free to download. Some of you have been complaining about owning all five games Sony offered, it is unlikely you have this one.
I've played through the entire game. It's more fun with a full set of 4 players.

meh.
I remember downloading Episode 2 (or 3 I don't remember) when it was free. I never got the chance to play it since it just disappeared from my PS3 :/
Had it on PS3, episodes 1-3. To linear and the story sucks, it's no Professor Layton. But the puzzles were fun and challenging.
Makes me want a good Move mystery game. Escpecially a sweet HD point & click like a new agatha cristy or myst
