IGN: At the "World of Capcom" panel, Keiji Inafune revealed that the Mega Man Legends 3 Project will be developed with an unprecedented amount of involvement from the fans.
It's always a sucky feeling when a game you've been looking forward to ends up getting canceled and kicked to the side, never to be actually released.
Ending a franchise with a definite final game is better than letting it remain stillborn.

They are going to give it to another non Jp dev to westernize the crap out of it and give give him hand guns instead of his megabuster and make him bald, buzzcut, muscley or emo :/

Megaman legends 3 made by EPIC games, creators of gears of war. For the first time ever curb stomp enemies with megaman.
But really, I would love for them to make a megaman legends game, or a 2D megaman X game.
