
Game developers are concerned about a lack of females involved in working in the game industry. Nowadays, more women are playing the video games, but the number employed as developers and programmers is falling.
Below is an interview with Nat Marco, talked about the video games future. She is 26 years old and has been worked in the gaming industry for six years.

Yeah the icon selection was a bit racy, but we do need more women developing games(They tell better stories).
My Game Development class is only male, it did have a female when it first started but she left because of private matters.
But surprisingly there was more females at TGS when I went this year than I expected.
