Creating a new character for a brand-new IP takes a lot of iteration. With Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, developer Ninja Theory went through reams of sketch paper trying to nail down its two main characters, Monkey and Trip. Ninja Theory’s very own creative art director, Alessandro Taini, shared a few of Trip’s early concept designs and walked us through the birth of its female lead.

Tetsuya Nomura (Director of Kingdom Hearts Franchise and FFVII Remake) said he wanted to do a Current gen Parasite Eve game.
Add to that, we saw an Easter Egg of Aya Brea in FFVII Remake, i think Parasite Eve for Curent gen is coming.

I hope he does but it has to be horror. We haven't had a good traditional horror RPG for a long time (at least on home consoles) and I am hoping that a new PE would one of many to fill that void.

PE is an amazing hybrid RPG/horror. PE2 was a slap in my face that game was unbelievable.
I think Aya is such a badass that i actually liked 3rd birthday, but let's not forget it was a mobile game in the beginning. A point and click type of game like MGS touch i believe.
Parasite Eve 1 and 2 were horror for the most part.
The 3rd Birthday... Lets just pretend that game never happened.
And i agree, we need more horror RPG games and we need Aya Brea back :3
yeah they really cracked their heads for trip, give nariko new clothes and voila!.. also the monkey character is horrendous in every aspect.

Seeing as how Trip looks like Nariko, and Dante looks like that assface Tameem Antionades, I don't think you went through enough paper and sketches. You phone in your character designs, and Tameem there needs some therapy to deal with his ego.
She really doesn't look like Nariko. The only similarity is in the hair color. Haven't checked out the demo, but based on what I'm looking at here Trips face isn't as angular as Nariko's. It has a softer quality to it and Nariko also had rather Asian eyes, which Trip lacks.
Nariko looked awesome Kai looked awesome Trip looks awesome Monkey man and Dante look terrible Ninja Theory is great at making female characters but they suck at making dude characters. it might be too late to change monkey from enslaved but Dante can still be fixed dammit!
