PopCap are back once again and they’ve finally put their landmark Plants Vs Zombies on a home console!

I thought long and hard about the start and content of this review. Plants Vs Zombies came out in May 2009 and has been widely heralded as a work of genius. So I thought simply putting- GO BUY IT DUMB ARSE! -would suffice as the review.. any questions?

Good to see the controls made it over ok. It's always a concern when pc ports that rely on the mouse go analogue.

It really was surprising how well PopCap mapped them tbh. I still think touch is the best method of control but the game is still very playable on a controller :D

Now I want a PS3 port with Move support.

The score for the first Plants Vs Zombies is such great, iconic music that it has a timeless quality. Not quite the level of Minecraft, but wonderful in its own right.
