the power pad was somewhat functional, but the power glove/ u force were two of the biggest pieces of garbage I got for the NES. I remember cheating on some of the events on the power pad to try for longer jumps with friends. lol, the atari (wii balance board) pad pretty crazy idea for back in the day.
