Couldn't tell what the article is saying, to much distractions from all the porn. It is very hard to be serious with this sight even though they come up with some interesting things from the east.

WOW! They really, REALLY hate FFXIV. Every article on there is about hating the game, the people that made the game, and then the game some more. They even have an article that combines all of their lies about the game, while insisting that they're telling the truth. I'm in the open beta right now. I have 4 War & Magic classes at 5+ and haven't noticed a change for the worst in any of the exp. The one instance where I notice zero exp happen is when your party leader is too far from you/the group. It'll give a message saying "You can not engage the <whatever>" as you fight it and it fights you. I'm hoping that gets changed with the quickness. Otherwise, this site can suck a rancid nipple penis. I'm sure they support it anyway.

Having played the beta I can tell you this total BS.

The areas are far from copy and paste. Some of the areas have similar looks like they both have mountain like areas with grass but that's about it. I have not seen anything that would make me go "Oh look they just copied that texture and pasted it over there" There is nothing like that there. And the zones themselves are very different as well.

It's obvious that whoever is in charge at Sankaku Complex hates the game and is doing everything in their power to bash it all to hell without a shred of proof or backing up any of the claims. They just need a Flaimbait Headline a few Screens from the same area and say oh look that's two different zones and they look the same Copy and paste!!!

N4G should make a new rule to not allow news from this site. Nothing we have seen from it can actually be called news worthy and that's not to mention that the site is covered in porn.

Its really bad imo; this feels like and outdated rpg let alone an MMO.

All the game has is narrow pathways that open into small open areas. This barely feels like an mmo to me. It will live with the hard core ffx fans since they love anything.

But this isnt an MMO worth playing if your use to a quality polished game like wow.

-Combat is actually the worse i've ever seen in an MMO--Think slow as molasses and delayed. It feels like the character controls you not you controlling the character.

-Game looks like shit, sorry but world of warcraft has better detail than this. But the characters look amazing. Its like this super low poly (flat/alot of edges) with the odd shrub tossed in. Absolutely terrible for 2010. This was run on high settings 1920x1080. I cant believe how limited the graphics look. Warhammer, Conan, Vanguard, Wow all feel drastically 'fuller' and dont feel rushed like this game. This game screams limited budget/time frame or Terrible developers.

-Overall for it coming out within a month this game is going to fail, and fail badly. This is worse than FF11 by far, and that game wasnt very amazing to begin with.

Sad day when new MMO's coming out feel like a step back from games almost 7 years old.

It does look like to be all the same. With that fatigue system, the thing is gonna be a disaster. 8 hours a week on one class? You're kidding, we pay 13$ per month to play and they tell us how to play. I mean if I want to grind one class all the time, I should be able to.

This game sucks soooo bad. Anyone who says otherwise hasn't played it and therefore has no valid opinion.

And if you have played it and say that you like it, you are just in Square Enix denial and can't admit that they make shitty games because Final Fantasy 7 is your favourite game of all time or whatever stupid reason.

However if you liked 11... you will most likely like this game. Which I didn't like 11 at all.

But They can still make great games. The World Ends with You, Dragon Quest IX, Dissidia and even FFXIII I loved for example. Now if you have played all those games as well as other's then you have a valid opinion. If you haven't then you do not :P... see what I did there.

They do make a bunch of crappy games, that's true.
And I don't like FF7 that much. So A+ and generalizing

Its the same like EA now, they make a crap load of games I don't like but sometimes something like Dead Space or those Jungle/Desert Strike games happens. Same thing with SE. Maybe the XIV will grow to become great many MMO's suck at first, and then a year later not as much.

You are such a troll. You come into every story on XIV and bash it and never have any bases for it other then saying "I was in the Beta" Which doesn't make what you say true.

I have been playing the open Beta and I think the game is pretty good. It does certainly have it's issues but last I checked that's the whole point of a beta. Getting feedback and getting things fixed and there are updates every single day since the Open beta started that are adjusting stuff and what not which means SE is doing what they can to make the game work the best it can.

It's very different than any other MMO out there. The Leveling system mirrors something more like Oblivion then a average MMO(I.E the more you use a certain class/weapon the better you get with it)

The story in the game also looks to be interesting. The cut scenes look incredible and it seemed more like you were playing a single player game then a MMO when watching those things.

Honestly complaining over and over again WITHOUT reason over a game that is still in Beta is retarded and More so when you take into account that SE has said only 30% or so of the final games content is even in the beta so it's gonna be much bigger and much deeper come final release.

I hate this site, they do nothing but bash this game with false info. First the eight hour thing which was false. I played for 4 hours yesterday and 6 today with no crafting and only on one class and I never hit the limit and have not heard any one that has. Know they talk about this. The game has a lot of variety of areas. There are three big towns in the beta and they look nothing alike. The only thing that looks similar is a forest zone and of course it is its a freaking forest and its huge compared to other mmos. Now if you want to critisize some thing clearly explain why and use correct info. Don't just say the game is bad because thats to you and not me. Here is an example, the only real problem is there is no auction so its hard to find items and equipment. That is my only problem with it love it otherwise
