I enjoyed both Rush games, I did think the action was sometimes too fast to see what was coming up in terms of hazards though, which meant replaying the same stage a bunch of times, other than that they were enjoyable, good special stages, 3D sections and bosses for the most part.

but to be honest most the TV are SDTV which are I not P scan(30fps) so i there will not be any diffrence between PS3+360 version just like full hd movies 1080@24FPS will look the same in 1080P/I display
gamespot 360/ps3 both got 8.5 it just all comes down to opinions. ratings doesnt matter not for me anyways. i find madden 08 much more fun than 06/07 madden.
