Wealth of Geeks explores some of the best gaming romances that have stolen our hearts over the years.
I just hope ME3 isn't altered to fit the lack of the first game on the triple.
i really liked the game but the actual story was kinda bogus, it stole from matrix and magnificent 7 (yea strange pair) and was basically a recruitment campaign with little story else wise. I loved the character development and specific character quests as well as the voice acting, but the actual story was actually 4 or 5 missions with the remainder being gathering your team. And don't get me started on the last boss...I mean seriously? (trying not to spoil too much)
Oooh... I really can't go with this viewpoint, personally.
First, people who say this really need to expand their experience with games to some of the classics (Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate, SWToR, etc.).
Second, as far as an overall narrative experience, ME2 was too disjointed and focused too much on inconsequential elements to the overall storyline. Not to say that it wasn't fun, but I definitely felt the first ME was a better written and narrative piece of work than the second. At no time in the first game, while doing quests, did I feel that everything wasn't central to the main storyline. But, in ME2 there was just so much that really didn't advance anything but the likability meter of a party member. It was actually half of the game.
U2 is way better.
