How many hours have you spent hating absolutely everything?

What the hell....if I'm spending 60 bucks on a game brand new I sure as hell hope that I spend a crapload of time playing it. Even if it means spending that time making a quality level, that's the bread and butter of LBP. What good is buying a game for 60 bucks when you're not willing to spend time on it?

You say that like it's some kind of unheard of awful thing to have to devote time and energy to make something worthwhile. What do you think this is? Every game that you play was made from the thousands of hours of labor that men and women put in to make it happen. LittleBigPlanet levels are no different. Takes time to make something good. Some people put in 2000 hours a year for 3 years to make a single game and it's work and they get paid, or some people put in 2 hours a day for 3 weeks and it's fun and if their goal is to work professionally in the game industry they can use their work in LBP as part of a portfolio to get a job.

And if that's not you, then don't use the level creator. I don't personally use it, and yet I've played hundreds of levels and enjoyed many of them. You CAN enjoy the levels that others have created if you don't want to make any of your own. There are millions of levels out there, and hundreds or thousands of them are *very good*. Go to some of the community pages on the internet and read about the best levels, the recommended levels, read reviews of levels, etc. It's all on the internet so that you can experience the best of the best with none of the hassles of playing through crap to get to the gold.

your single bubble and fanboy comments really limits your credibility. It's quite obvious you have never ever touched a PS3.

xna in a lbp2 article or what?

Are you serious? You're going to say that XNA is more flexible and powerful than LBP? That's because LBP is a GAME with an EDITOR. XNA is nothing more than an IDE that ties in to the C# programming language. You have to create all of the art yourself, you have to do all of the hard programming yourself. LBP comes with the art and simple editing tools and requires no actual programming. Comparing the two is completely irrelevant. With LBP, experience with programming can help because there are lots of logic tools that you can utilize to make your levels compelling and complex, but you don't need even one iota of artistic talent or experience in order to also make yourself come to life visually. With XNA, you have to draw your own 2D sprites, or you have to create your own textures and 3D models, and if you don't have artistic talent to draw a 2D sprite-based game, or if you don't have experience with 3D modeling and texturing, then you're just simply not going to be able to make a game with XNA. And then there's the programming experience you need, as well. Making a single-level "game" in XNA that is even half as polished and attractive and deep as a lot of the levels in LittleBigPlanet *by yourself* would take literally months of full-time work.

Anything you had saved in create is available, otherwise you can only access the stages on PS4 unfortunately

to be fair, while LBP3 wasn't the best one. For playing online stages it should be the one you play as it has the most stages and such. Though they need to add Pro or PS5 support to update the res.

I was honestly a bit surprised the PS3 servers were still a thing.

Didn't this game launch in 2008***

LBP 3 was 2014, on PS 3 and 4.

If you have a PS4, you should be able to access the online levels through LBP3.

It’s been shut down for months now. For the past year they’ve been going up only to be taken down a week later. Fortunately I got all the online trophies completed in lbp2 so I can still 100% the game. I’ll likely be one of the last in the world to do so
