Tips 1, 2 , and 4 are good and are normally understood as common sense. The other 2 are complete garbage and you get next to nothing when you trade in your games. Maybe back in the mid 1990's you could get decent to good trade-in values at game stores but now a days your best bet is selling them online. That way not only does the seller get a good decent profit but the buyer as well gets a good deal. On the other hand if you bought at a retail store used games can be sort of a hit or miss finding good deals, and most of the time used games are just a few dollars cheaper than a new copy, though there are exceptions sometimes. The best advice I could give someone from my experience is to pray to GOD to bless you with finding good deals, play the waiting game, shop for games mostly online, and shop around. Many years ago I made the stupid mistake of trading my games in(a lesson that has been well learned as I have missed playing most of the games that I traded in.), now I keep all of my games. The only way I would ever trade in a game would be if it was an extra copy, or an inferior stripped down copy of a game in which I would have the superior version of "said" game.

I check my local Walmart everytime I go.They almost always have some great deals on games. I have got some pretty good games as low as $9.99 for PS3 and Xbox 360. Most are generally $19.99 though. Typically once a game hits the 6-12 month period after release there is a good chance I can pick it up for $20 or less at Walmart.

Decent enough list. Could have been more creative and strayed outside of conventional options, but shows promise and at least displays that the author put some thought into the writing process.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.
