Often the most misunderstood class in RPGs, Necromancers are evil, brooding, and destructive - though not without an understanding of the healing arts. In NCSoft's Guild Wars 2, the Necromancer plays a hybrid support/damage-dealing role, utilizing skills that both harm enemies and heal allies simultaneously. We can expect some grotesque minions to be at the Necro's side, as well, including Bone Minions, which resemble skinless dogs with a human skulls. Guess it's not "man's best friend" anymore, eh?

Personally, I'd like to see someone take a more light-hearted approach to Necromancers. Why do they all have to be evil? Nice people like raising the dead too!
only played GW a bit, but Im really looking forward to GW2, everything about it looks great.
ok, this looks pretty sweet to be honest. I always thought that Guild wars was nothing but second fiddle to WoW, but this game is standing on its legs from what I see.
