The point of unionizing is collective bargaining. Sadly, I do not believe they have any leverage, which is likely why Microsoft isn't impeding them: The investment in AI is gargantuan. We're talking about a data center in Wisconsin that's about 200 city blocks. That is massive and insane.
Who cares? I'm sure the guy is cool and all, but he hasn't been closely involved in a good game in almost 20 years.
it's not about your care, it's about respect and appreciation. this man is one of the founding fathers of what you know today as First Person Shooter. this achievement alone is sufficient to guarantee his place in gaming history. if you got nothing good to say, don't say.
