Video games look better than ever before, especially with the introduction of HD graphics. But is improved graphics always a good thing?

FuRuy has opened a Twitter account called “Project Alice” teasing a new game announcement on April 25 at 20:30 JST.

New report from Skillsearch found that 22% of those surveyed had been laid off within the past 12 months.

It's a step forward for Stop Killing Games.
Everyone wants graphics to be realistic.
So I personally think we should go
back to using Live-action actors!
You can't get any more realistic than this!
Personally I think most graphics are too realistic. I find myself looking for flaws in the uncanny valley more than actually paying attention to the art design and whatnot.
IMO, there's no such thing as "too realistic" graphics for a game. The more life-like, the better. Personally, I think our current game graphics are not even close to being "too realistic". The dream was to, one day, play a game which looks as close to real-life as possible. I think we're about halfway there.
How can "improved graphics" be a bad thing? By the way, "Improved Graphics" != "Realistic". I'd personally choose artistic concept over realism every day.
