GamePro: Ever since we were old enough to make impromptu swords out of cardboard tubes, our intense love for Ninjitsu has known no bounds. In addition to inventing pyjamas and balaclavas, they can walk on water, kill people with flying death-stars and communicate with strange beasts. What’s not to love?
Along with Nazis, zombies and Nazi-cum-zombies, ninjas are a major staple of the video game industry. Whether you’re playing an RPG or a side-scrolling beat ‘em up, you’ll usually find at least one martial arts mentalist thrown into the mix. They refuse to be curtailed by gravity or genre – and gaming is all the richer for it.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
Cyborb Ninja. Alllllll right!
... No Ibuki!? No Ayane!? No Naruto!?
Taki and Mai are both on the list.
Ninjas should not have double D boobs.
I'm actually disgusted that Ibuki wasn't on there. Also where's Kasumi? Ayane? Wtf is going on here. That list is trash. Half of those characters are basically the same.
Please.
How does Rikimaru of Tenchu not make the list let alone top it.
Tenchu is about the only ninja game that actually uses Ninja tactics, ie Stealth. All the others are simply action heros carrying katanas. I pray to the gods for someone to make a AAA Tenchu game and finally give this game the status it deserves. Remember Tenchu was sneaking around even before MGS on PSOne.
But I am a long time fan of The Last Ninja, no other games machine has seen me see so many sunrises as the beloved C64, and I guess no one has ever heard of Ninja Kid, an awesome side scrolling arcade game with lots of items and weapons and the ability to leap from wall to wall. Having trouble finding info on that one aside from the Nintendo versions so it must be pretty obscure.
