"It's been a little over a month since the release of the recent PlayStation Plus service and most people don't know what to make of it, you have to pay the same price as Xbox Live ($50) and you don't get near as many things on PS+ as you do with Xbox Live, those features are either already on PSN for free or not even on the system at all. Many users are just wondering why PS+ is even worth their money..."

News just in from Gamescom - Ubisoft has renamed XBLA, PSN and PC title Project Dust to simply 'From Dust'.

Capcom are unveiling their next Bionic Commando 3D side-scrolling action game dubbed Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 at GamesCon.
Capcom have promised several improvements including a makeover on the 'bionic arm.'
This is GREAT news, overall.
This, along with Pixel Junk Monsters, was the best DD title of 08'.
Making over the bionic arm makes me nervous though.

Joystiq: "It's hard to judge just how well this gameplay works without a chance to try it out ourselves, but the concepts on display in this short hands-off demo have us pretty excited to play god when the game hits Xbox Live Arcade, PSN and Steam early next year."
of Doshin the giant on the Game cube in fact it reminds me a lot of that game.
might be interesting will have to wait and see.
works amazing for people who have not purchased a buttload of psn content already. but as long as psn expands with new things, i can see a bright future for the people who have downloaded tons of psn stuff.
but...i would also like to add infamous free, wipeout free... free games...that one time deal pays for itself.
PS Plus, is a service that neither alters nor improves gameplay on the system.
*Since you can already play online, chat, message, invite friends into games, video chat, etc, for free, this is completely optional service.
So this only matters if you really like getting lots of content from the store.
At the very least, it's a well written article.
The only problem I have with Playstation Plus is how SCEA isn't sticking to the advertised schedule and updating their PS+ section whenever they feel like it. Other than that I have no problems with the service, I can't wait to see what the next couple of months will bring.
Here they come again. Another one of those articles.
"PSN+ could be better, but it's not as of right now cos some of the added features are of which you can find on Xbox LIVE"
Let me tell you something, writer. If you want it, you buy it. You don't like it, don't say anything about it. Sure, you can complain and make a fuss out of it but don't influence other people on their own decisions. I mean, it's not like PSN+ is a "MUST-BUY" or a "must-have" like XBOX LIVE. It's complimentary.
