To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.
The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.
Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.
15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.
These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse

You can have a favorite, it`s only natural/human. But if your a "gamer" you should try to own all the platforms if you can afford to. The media just pits console lovers against each other and watch their rating climb. IMO have a preference but don`t be a blind sucker to what the media (especially this gen) is trying to do to you, your brain and your wallet in blind in faith.
But it's okay to not care for a side that is disgustingly detrimental to the industry by setting bad standards.

I have my biases but I try not to show them by not posting about things I have no interest in. If I really truly hated a console or game, why would I even waste my proverbial breath on it? I usually have at least 1 genuinely postive thing about pretty much every console or game I've ever played. Maybe something like Kinect isn't for me but I'm not going to outright call it s**t, I've never used it so how would I know?
Sorry if I'm a tad too neutral for some people but what's the point of bashing something, especially games, if I've never played it? I believe that people are entitled to an informed opinion, not just an opinion. There's a difference. opinion-"Alan Wake suxxxx!" informed opinion-"I played it but I really didn't care for the controls and story" or "I didn't play it because it's not my kind of game."

Cause even if you have over 3 cars, shirts, shoes etc, you will have a favorite.
Even the females you date.
If you cheat u will have a favorite u go back to.
So pick one.
