It was actually a little surprising to hear Guerrilla focus on the storyline of KZ3 during early interviews. They really believe they dropped the ball just a bit in terms of narrative and engaging dialogue in KZ2, and they fully intend to show more of the back-story in the upcoming entry.

As PlayStation celebrates its 30th anniversary, let's explore the best PlayStation games Sony has to offer.
There's too many games to choose from
No Metal geat solid 1,2,3,4?
No Resident evil?
No Silent hill?
No Midnight club 3?
No NfS Underground 2?
No Final Fantasy?
No Burnout 3?
No Dragon quest 8?
No Days gone?
No Ace combat?
No Tekken/Soul calibur?......
just from the top of my head
PS1 era was full of great RPGs, PS2 was racing generation i would pick top 200 and even that would be just a fraction.
The Amsterdam-based studio reflects on its humble beginnings, beloved franchises, and growth through the years.
Up there with the top tier in the industry. Love Guerrilla Games - Horizon Burning Shores is simply STUNNING.
32.7M sales in the Horizon franchise! With 8.4M coming from Forbidden West alone! Truly a hugely successful game and franchise as a whole. Looking forward to Horizon III
Yooo, when I first saw that Killzone 1 footage at E3, my friends my brothers and I were like, Holy shit! When it came out, it didn't look exactly like it, but we sunk so many hours into 1 & 2.
I even liked Killzone: SF, it was a spectacle to look at, and even today it looks good. I hope they make a new one. Can you imagine how that will look, and they can get some modern FPS pointers from Bungie.
Such a wonderful studio. They deserve all their success.
The Decima Engine is absolute 🔥 I'm just mad they have abandoned Killzone.
DSOGaming writes: "While Sony does not plan to release Killzone 3 on the PC, Yahfz shared a video that gives us a glimpse at what such a PC version could look like."
PC almost always ends up the best place to play games, even if it takes a while.
What would you rather play decades down the line? A game at a fixed resolution and frame, considering you have a working disc, and the hardware?
Or run it on an emulator that can update the experience all around, and let you use whatever control input you prefer?
If you insist on the former, it's really only for the sake of nostalgia.
The RPCS3 devs are doing great work. And Kami works nicely with it too it seems.
Very neat.
i'd be happy with bigger battlefields, kz2 felt much too narrow and linear for my taste.
i want to see the jungle levels, 3d ofcourse, the melee looks awesome, i also want to see how ps move functions with it, cant wait to see the helghan culture, the new tighter controlls and ofcourse the online.
Beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta, beta.....
Beta. :)
I am hoping the story will have deph to it, FPS have really lost the story attraction, i want KZ3 to do that make you feel like you are doing something instead of just shooting enemies.
Bigger maps would be sweet and an online cover system (actually forgot if KZ2 had this)
vehicles would be nice but not have them over power, i like the jet pack thing bring that online
Vareity of location, to me KZ2 online maps all felt the same in some way, i want jungle, and other areas
better clan support, party support,
More weapon and not limited to one or 2 per stage for the special fun weapons.
In-game recording integrated and screen cap, not many games use these Sony needs to get this into all first party games being released, they need to push other developer to use this 2, they feel so ignored.
All the last one really needed was a community that was dedicated...I'm more tahn sure Guerilla would of supported an active community on the scale of Call of Duty or Halo.
I was utterly disappointed in the decline of the active Killzone 2 players....I met more gamers and had more fun in the beta sadly.
