Riddicrash5776d ago (Edited 5776d ago )

Or else what? What will you do? *Cowers in fear* :O lol!

rockleex5775d ago (Edited 5775d ago )

And I'm not even halfway through getting 100% yet!

Trebius5775d ago (Edited 5775d ago )

I doubt they'll go out of their way to do that.

I certainly hope so though.

How about dlc with actual costumes, not just new camo patterns? It was like this with the MGS4 dlc.

There is a dev that actually brings incentive to purchase his games. I dont feel like he milked my wallet by expecting me to purchase dlc thats on the disk, his games offer hours of fun, and his storylines (while a little over the top for some) are better thought out than the tripe we get fed at box office every other week. I just recently purchased peacewalker. Only 3 hours in it so far but the gameplay and story has already sucked me in so good that once i get home i will probably play the rest of tonight.

the main ops seem to be less than half of the game. lots of replay and extras. this game is massive for a hand held. almost feels like Monster hunter

SlyGuy5776d ago

as it progresses.

I have played a few hours as well, and it is fun and addictive!

Perhaps a GOTY contender on a handheld?

I just hope that in PW2 online coop is added in instead of just adhoc.

This game deserves to be bought. It's packed with hours and hours of quality content! I still haven't completed Chapter 5 (bonus/last chapter)... =p

shadow27975775d ago

I'm over 20 hours in and I just got to Chapter 3 in the main story. It's going to take you some time.

Granted, I've replayed a few of the bosses 5 or 6 times to get certain.. umm... items.

This game is awesome and extremely addicting.

Koijima is a great business man. Giving out free DLC for his fans.. what a great guy.

SolidMGSnake5776d ago

I regret just renting this game and keeping it for a month from gamefly. Im gonna buy this game

Takoulya5776d ago

If only the same support came for MGS4. Damn Konami! I hate them with a burning passion!

Takoulya5775d ago

I'm referring to Konami, not Kojima. Kojima's a genius, but Konami's in charge of the online department. Which they screwed up. Big time. MGO's fanstastic, but the support is poor.

some really good games on that list. some of my favorites (not on the list) are Metal Slug XX, ultimate Ghosts & Goblins, Gradius Collection, Motorstorm Arctic Edge and Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters.

Knushwood Butt1367d ago

Metal Slug XX is surprisingly good.

isarai1367d ago

I get that The Warriors is technically a PS2 game ported over, but damn it's amazing on the PSP

roadkillers1366d ago

Dark Mirror was the best. Multiplayer and single player was fantastic

roadkillers1366d ago

I never tried that one. Once the PS3 was out, I was done with PSP… I would love to see a new one

The Out of Place Artifact - A Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker Retrospective

VGChartz's Issa Maki: "Even to fans, the thought that a T-rated game could rank as the greatest is virtually unthinkable; how could the best Metal Gear possibly be a handheld title on a system less powerful than a PlayStation 2? Because it had to be – necessity is the mother of invention. Not only is this a full-fledged Metal Gear, the fresh spin on the gameplay draws from several sources outside of its wheelhouse. Peace Walker somehow manages to be less like its predecessor, Portable Ops, and more akin to Metal Gear Solid V. What boggles the mind is that it would be over five years before The Phantom Pain would release, an entire generation later."
