APB has been in development from quite some time now and it was an anticipated 3rd person shooter MMO. Heavily focusing on their customization options which are impressive and totally detailed, the game has some minor limitations. All in all, the game is very enjoyable especially if your favorite childhood game was cops and robbers.

Just how long do MMO’s last before going free to play? GameKeysNow takes a look

For every game that truly lives up to its potential, there are a couple that absolutely miss their mark. Be it a simple case of over hyping an unfinished product, to game systems that downright are broken, or even just a game being inexcusably horrible, some games just leave a terrible taste in people’s mouths.
I think rogue warrior needs to be on here. And why Isn't E.T. on here since we're talking about all time terrible games. That game single handily crashed the video game world.
For me Haze. I was interested to play it. That was until I played the demo. Picked it up in a bargain bin later on after its launch and I am glad I did........pick it out of a bargain bin and not pay full price
APB , that game went from having a 100mill dollar budget to bankruptcy so fast , it should be a record on its own
No Dude Nukem: Forever? That games had so much hype surrounding it and it turned out to be a steaming pile.

PC Gamer - The action-MMO first known as APB lives on as APB Reloaded. But if your memory serves, you’ll recall that the urban, massively-multiplayer shooter had a quick death: APB shut down just months after launching at the end of June 2010, coinciding with the dissolution of developer Realtime Worlds.
This review is terrible because it looks like whoever "wrote" it just cut and pasted a press release from the game marketers. 8/10? pffft, every review I've seen written by a real person about APB is saying it's mediocre at best.
after playing the beta, reading reviews and looking over all the changes in the latest patch I don't see anything that looks like it really changes the core experience of APB.
APB has the potential to be great if it only offered a more refined driving experience (all the cars drive like bricks with wheels) and the combat needs melee weapons so u can get up close and personal. all the gun fights degenerate into either a snipe fest or who can rush faster with an SMG. there isn't much variety in the gun battles or in the missions.
the missions boil down to:
1. Pick this up, carry it here
2. Pick this up, hold onto it for a certain amount of time
3. Protect the VIP
4. Try to stop a team doing 1-3
8/10 rating makes me think this review was put out by the game's marketing firm and it truly is a shameless plug for a game that probably deserves at most a 5/10.
Looking forward to seeing what updates are made to this game, it could be a real winner...if only..
